We Measure Wellbeing - At Work.
All participants in our program have access to the PERMAH Wellbeing survey which will give them immediate access to credible, confidential, and actionable wellbeing results. Plus, it only takes less than five minutes to complete.
The PERMAH Wellbeing Survey is a measurement tool which provides insights into the wellbeing of individuals and teams within the context of schools, organizations, and communities. Based on Dr, Martin Seligman’s PERMA Model (2011), the tool measures wellbeing across six factors at the individual, team and workplace level:
Positive emotions
Engagement
Relationships
